Back our homecoming
We need the support of the community to bring the Stones home.
Here's some of the messages of support we've received.
Although only part of Maidstone falls into the Mid Kent area of my constituency,
I have always felt that Maidstone United needed a proper home at the heart
of Kent's county town. It would bring inestimable benefits for everyone
across the town and most particularly school, community groups and sports
organisations.
Hugh Robertson MP, Sports Minister
I fully support the efforts that are being made to bring football back
to Maidstone.
Ian Chittenden, KCC councillor
As you are aware, we have our Oakwood Park Campus in Maidstone and the
opportunity for our staff and students to become involved with Maidstone
United FC would be of great benefit to everyone.
Stephen Grix, Mid Kent College Principal and Chief Executive
This will be such a good thing for Maidstone - best of luck.
